If you cannot afford a humidifier, you can use herbs to moisten your pores. Lemon, Basil, and Rosemary can all help prevent acne.

There are many things that can cause acne, but stress is definitely one of the leading causes. Although there isn’t really much that you can do to stop stress from causing acne (although you can certainly reduce the amount of stress in your life), you can still take steps to make sure that it doesn’t worsen your acne problems. Try to eliminate as much stress as possible. Remember that stress is perfectly natural, and it is the body’s reaction to many things that happen to us in our lives. By eliminating as much stress as possible, you will be able to sleep better, prevent acne outbreaks, and help your body function better.
